Qualifications

• Bachelor in nursing from an accredited school of nursing required.
• If BSN is not held, applicant must be enrolled in an accredited BSN program with a scheduled completion date.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership for quality, patient experience, regulatory compliance, and departmental standards.
• Develop and oversee quality initiatives, staffing/productivity guidelines, policies and programs.
• Lead staff orientation, education, professional development and ongoing competency initiatives.
• Foster a culture of empathy, collaboration, accountability, and service excellence.
• Execute strategic plans and lead mentoring, coaching and leadership development.
• Partner with marketing and nursing leadership on community outreach and growth initiatives.
• Develop and manage operating and capital budgets; use forecasts for resource decisions.
• Identify opportunities to enhance revenue, improve productivity, and reduce costs.
