Job summary

Alpha Home Health and Hospice is seeking a capable Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) to provide advanced perioperative care during surgical procedures. You will work with surgeons intraoperatively, conduct preoperative assessments, develop care plans, and monitor patient responses.

The role requires an active RN license and 2–5 years of nursing experience, preferably in perioperative settings; bachelor’s degree and RNFA/CNOR certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• 2–5 years of nursing experience, preferably perioperative.
• RNFA certification or CNOR preferred.
