Riverside Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse to oversee the total nursing care of patients in the Perioperative Services Complex. You will assess needs, develop, implement and evaluate care plans, and delegate tasks within a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Requires RN license and RN degree with CPR/BLS; ACLS and PALS are required within specified timeframes. On-call responsibilities and ongoing education will be part of this role.

Qualifications

• RN Degree is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Licensed RN in the state is required.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• ACLS provider certification required within 90 days of hire.
• PALS provider certification required within 120 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient clinical and psychosocial needs per standards of practice.
• Demonstrate unit competencies and equipment training per checklists.
• Collaborate with patients and families to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team for care and transitions.
• Ensure safe patient throughput and timely, ethical care.
• Maintain accurate clinical and quality documentation per RHS standards.
