Live Well Homecare in Harlem, GA is seeking an RN Clinical Periop Nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centered perioperative care within a multidisciplinary team. You will work under Nurse Managers, adhering to evidence-based standards and the ANA Code of Ethics.

The role requires a BSN or Diploma, 5+ years of direct patient care, an active RN license (multi-state preferred), and BLS with additional certifications as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BSN from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of direct patient care nursing experience.
• Current RN license (single or multi-state compact), BLS certification, and additional certifications as required.
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, teamwork, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Deliver relationship-based, culturally sensitive, patient-centered care, engaging patients and families through effective communication and education.
• Coordinate and document safe, quality care using interdisciplinary collaboration and promoting a respectful, inclusive environment.
• Support performance improvement initiatives, research, and shared governance to enhance care quality and safety.
• Participate in professional development, serve as a preceptor or mentor, and foster a healthy work environment.
• Promote evidence-based practice, participate in data collection, and develop protocols to improve patient outcomes.
