Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee nursing care for assigned patients using the nursing process.
• Plan, implement and evaluate care in collaboration with patients, families and health team members.
• Administer medications with accuracy and patient safety measures.
• Provide patient and family teaching and discharge planning.
• Participate in quality initiatives to improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards, infection control, and regulatory requirements.
