Job summary

Roseville Surgery Center is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for Pre-Op and Post-Op care. The RN will provide quality perioperative nursing, adhere to care plans, and support patient-family centered care in a fast-paced ambulatory setting.

Schedule is Monday through Friday with some Saturday hours. No on-call or night shifts. We offer comprehensive benefits and competitive pay depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current CA Nursing License.
• Current BLS, ACLS and PALS (AHA) certification.
• Minimum of 2 years in Pre-Op/PACU; ambulatory surgery exp preferred.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and aseptic technique.
• Ability to care for patients from infancy to geriatrics.
• Able to work in a team and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care using the nursing process and plan of care.
• Deliver safe, patient-family centered care in the perioperative setting.
• Support center mission and policies while coordinating with the team.
