Job summary

St. Anthony North Hospital in Westminster, CO is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive perioperative care across pre-op and PACU. You will support surgery, GI Lab, and Pain Clinic, float between units as needed, and coordinate pre-admission testing and patient transport.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, adherence to nursing standards, and commitment to mission-driven environment. Cross-training enhances coverage and patient transitions.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing; Nursing Diploma or by endorsement (RN Licensure).
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; licensure current in applicable state or compact.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to apply nursing process within a team.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient’s physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Evaluates patient’s response and intervenes to ensure optimal outcome.
• Develop and implement patient plan of care with interdisciplinary team.
• Demonstrate competency in IVs, wound care, medication administration, catheterization, specimen collection.
• Maintain patient charts and records confidentially.
• Document status, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely.
