Bass Surgery Center in Walnut Creek, CA seeks a Perioperative RN for Pre-op/PACU, PRN. The nurse delivers high-quality perioperative care using the nursing process and medical plan of care in a fast-paced ASC environment.

Requires CA RN license and BLS/ACLS/PALS. Minimum 2 years PACU experience; strong knowledge of surgical procedures, aseptic technique, and teamwork are essential. Hourly wage range $59–$74.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current CA Nursing License.
• Current BLS, ACLS and PALS.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Pre-Op/PACU, ambulatory surgery preferred.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and management of the surgical patient.
• Aseptic technique principles and implementation.
• Ability to care for patients from infancy to geriatrics.
• Ability to adapt to changing patient conditions.
• Excellent teaching and communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and professional behavior.
