Job summary

SCA Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Procedural (Pain Management) duties. Shift is Thursday mornings weekly, typically 7a-12:30p. The role involves developing perioperative patient plans and providing comprehensive perioperative nursing care.

The RN will ensure patient safety, adherence to Universal Protocol, and collaboration with the surgical team. BLS/ACLS certs required, state licensure in good standing, and prior perioperative experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current state nursing licensure to practice in good standing.
• BLS/BCLS certification required; ACLS certification within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Develop an individualized perioperative patient plan of care, implementing safety measures and reporting unsafe situations.
• Provide nursing care and monitoring in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Assist with perioperative procedures and maintain sterile technique, ensuring patient advocacy and safety.
