American Traveler is seeking a skilled RN for an SSSU/PACU role in Washington state. Requires at least 2 years of perioperative experience and an active WA or compact RN license. Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS are mandatory.

The position involves floating across Day Surgery, Endoscopy Lab, PACU, and Pre-operative Clinic with a 4x10 hour day schedule and on-call duties. The successful candidate will provide perioperative care, assist with conscious sedation, and educate patients across

Competenze

• Active WA or compact RN license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of SSSU/PACU/Pre/Post experience required.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS

Mansioni

• Work across the Outpatient Services department, floating among Day Surgery, Endoscopy Lab, PACU, and the Pre-operative Clinic
• Provide perioperative nursing care for pre-op, post-op, PACU, Phase II, Endoscopy, and Infusion patients
• Support conscious sedation needs for special procedures throughout the hospital
• Schedule consists of 4 10-hour day shifts with a variable schedule
• Participates in a shared on-call rotation for PACU coverage
• Responsible for recognizing and responding to post-anesthesia and post-operative complications
• Delivers perioperative education and care across multiple outpatient service areas
• Floating required to all areas within Outpatient Services as needed
