USPI is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join a flexible float pool serving the Annapolis/Glen Burnie region. The role supports perioperative services across several ambulatory surgery centers, floating to match volume and staffing needs.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in PreOp/PACU or OR Circulating, hold a Maryland RN license, and are certified in BLS/ACLS. Full-time and PRN options with competitive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active Maryland RN license.
• BLS and ACLS required.
• 1-2 years experience as Circulator or in PreOp/PACU.

Responsibilities

• Support perioperative services across multiple ambulatory centers.
• Float between locations to ensure patient care and staffing coverage.
• Assist PreOp/PACU and OR Circulating duties as needed.
• Contribute to operational excellence and patient safety.
