Job summary

United Surgical Partners International Inc (USPI) is seeking an experienced RN to float across Southern Maryland ambulatory surgery centers, covering PreOp/PACU and OR Circulating roles. You will adapt to multiple sites, maintain high-quality perioperative care, and support staffing needs in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires an accredited RN degree, Maryland RN license, BLS/ACLS, and 1–2 years in Circulator or PreOp/PACU.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active Maryland RN license.
• BLS and ACLS required.
• 1–2 years experience as Circulator or in PreOp/PACU.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgement.

Responsibilities

• Float across multiple ambulatory surgery centers in the Southern Maryland area.
• Provide perioperative care in PreOp/PACU and OR Circulating roles.
• Support operations to ensure seamless patient care and staffing.
