Mass General Brigham's Newton-Wellesley Hospital is seeking a registered nurse to deliver professional nursing care using the nursing process in a fast-paced clinical setting. The role includes direct and indirect patient care and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team onsite at 25-27 Washington Street.

You will supervise team members, ensure compliance with BORN regulations and professional standards, and support patient care across perioperative and orthopedic settings.

Formación

• Current MA RN license required.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience is required.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• Bachelor degree in nursing, preferred.
• Demonstrated clinical competence and experience as required by the specific job posting.
• Completion of a Peri-operative Nursing Program preferred.
• 2 years OR experience required.
• Orthopedic experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• The registered nurse renders highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients.
• Oversees other assigned team members and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to provide population specific care in accordance with the BORN regulations and professional standards of care.
