Job summary

Benefis Health System in Montana seeks an experienced RN to support the ASC across Admissions, OR, Pain procedures, PACU and discharge. You will provide direct patient care from neonate to geriatric patients and coordinate with surgeons and anesthesiologists to ensure safety and timely care.

Must hold Montana RN licensure with BCLS and ACLS (or plan to obtain within the first year). BSN preferred and OR experience strongly valued as Benefis continues to deliver premier care.

• Strong communication with surgical team and anesthesiologist.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Adaptable to changing priorities in a busy operating suite.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties throughout the ASC in Admissions, OR, Pain procedures, PACU and discharge.
• Provides direct patient care from neonate to geriatric populations.
• Communicates with surgeon and anesthesiologist continuously about patient condition.
• Assesses operating room for equipment functioning and readiness; obtains supplies for cases.
