Job summary

Minimum qualifications include ADN/ASN/AAS/AAN, Montana RN licensure, BLS, ACLS and PALS within 60 days of start, and 1 year med/surg experience with EKG monitoring.

Qualifications

• Current Montana Licensure as Registered Nurse (RN).
• BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications required within defined timelines.
• At least 1 year of medical/surgical experience with proficiency in EKG monitoring.
• Ability to practice modified primary nursing and maintain professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess patient needs and implement education plans.
• Develop and execute a Plan of Care in alignment with diagnoses and desired outcomes.
• Implement care plans and monitor patient progress, adjusting as needed.
• Promote health and maintain a safe environment while ensuring quality nursing practice.
