The Circulator nurse coordinates perioperative workflow, prepares patients, verifies documentation, ensures equipment readiness, and participates in on-call coverage for urgent cases.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the State of Alaska.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required at hire and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and policy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure patient safety.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the EHR.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and safety requirements.
