Job summary

The SouthEast Alaska Regional Health Consortium (SEARHC) invites applications for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN). The RN provides professional nursing care across the lifespan, collaborates with the care team, administers medications, and coordinates perioperative care with on‑call coverage as required.

Required are an Alaska RN license, an Associate’s degree in Nursing, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and ongoing certification; SEARHC offers a competitive salary plus sign‑on bonus and relocation

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the State of Alaska.
• Associate’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS required.
• Clinical competency within 3 months and every 3 years.
• High‑risk competency within 3 months and every year.
• All required certifications within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and according to orders.
• Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams to promote patient safety and outcomes.
• Document assessments and interventions in the electronic health record.
• Float to other departments as needed and participate in on‑call coverage.
