Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN Circulator) in Anchorage, Alaska. The successful candidate will coordinate patient care, maintain a sterile environment, and ensure accurate documentation during surgical procedures.

Requirements include an active RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and 2–5 years of experience in an OR setting. Preferred candidates will have PALS certification and strong knowledge of perioperative nursing standards.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as an OR RN Circulator.
• Experience in General Surgery, Orthopedics, Orthopedic Spine, Vascular Surgery, Urology.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee patient care in the operating room during surgical procedures.
• Maintain sterile technique and infection control standards.
• Prepare operating rooms with appropriate instruments and supplies.
• Collaborate with surgical and interdisciplinary staff.
• Monitor patient safety and advocate for patient needs.
• Document surgical procedures and patient status.
• Manage surgical specimens and equipment.
• Ensure readiness of operating rooms between cases.
