Qualifications

• Associate's of Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's of Nursing preferred.
• Basic computer skills expected (MS Word).
• Fluent English in speaking/reading/writing is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and data gathering.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with goals and interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments per prescribed orders.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust care plans; document progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, plans, and self-care.
