The position requires RN licensure, an Associate's degree in Nursing, and BLS certification, with preferred PALS/PCCN credentials. A strong emphasis on compassionate, individualized patient care is expected.

Qualifications

• RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Participates in peer interviewing and review processes.
• Considers safety, effectiveness, cost, and impact on practice in nursing services.
• Collects comprehensive data for patient health and unit improvement.
• Performs initial patient assessments within expected timeframes.
• Maintains safe practices and regulatory compliance.
• Ensures safe handoff communications between caregivers.
• Communicates courteously with internal and external customers.
• Demonstrates teamwork to manage patient flow and admissions/discharges.
