Qualifications

• Current PA RN licensure or multi-state licensure via eNLC.
• Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate.
• Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate.
• Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Background Clearance Certificate.
• CPR – American Heart Association.
• One year general nursing experience required.
• One year on specific unit preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates use of supplies, instrumentation and equipment for pre and intraoperative care.
• Performs circulating functions including monitoring and documenting patient condition.
• Acts as patient advocate and records perioperative care in compliance with policies.
• Monitors the surgical environment to ensure aseptic technique.
