CommonSpirit Health seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high-quality care. You will perform assessments, plan and deliver care, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient recovery.

This role emphasizes patient safety, accurate reporting, and adherence to standards of care. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is available; TX RN licensure and ADN are required, with CPR due within 14 days.

Competenze

• At least 1 year of RN experience required at hire.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required at hire.
• RN license for Texas at hire date.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) within 14 days.

Mansioni

• Assessment: admitted patients and ongoing assessment of condition; notify physician of changes.
• Planning: design and document plan of care and goals; coordinate discharge needs.
• Implementation: prepare patients for treatments; follow safety protocols and physician orders.
• Evaluation: reassess after interventions and adjust care as needed.
• Report Skills: provide clear bedside shift reports for continuity of care.
• Environment & Patient Safety: maintain safe workspace and address hazards.
