Job summary

Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in perioperative operating room care to provide skilled, evidence-based nursing throughout the patient care continuum.

You will perform comprehensive nursing assessments, support surgical teams, ensure safety and policy compliance, and mentor staff while contributing to ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance perioperative outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s Nursing degree (Bachelor’s preferred) and current RN license.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required upon hire.
• Minimum 5 years of direct patient care nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
• Partnering with patients and families to promote patient-centered care.
• Collaborating with healthcare team members through effective communication and documentation.
• Leading and participating in quality improvement and research activities.
• Mentoring and serving as a preceptor to other nurses and staff.
