Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Registered Nurse for an operating room contract in Memphis. You will circulate and scrub, providing patient care across general surgery, plastics, ENT, and robotic cases.

Active RN license and at least one year OR experience required; must work four 10-hour shifts with call duties. This perioperative role emphasizes teamwork with surgeons and anesthesia, strict infection control, and readiness to respond to emergencies.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree and active RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room nursing experience.
• Proficient in General Surgery, Plastics, ENT, and/or Robotic surgical cases.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• Must work within a team and interact professionally with surgeons, anesthesia, and perioperative staff.
• Compliance with 50-mile radius rule.

Responsibilities

• Circulate and/or scrub on a wide variety of surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with surgical team to ensure patient safety and quality care.
• Prepare, assess, and monitor patients pre-, intra-, and post-operatively.
• Maintain sterile techniques and adhere to infection prevention protocols.
• Document all aspects of care accurately and efficiently.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and perform under pressure when needed.
