Indiana University Health Paoli Hospital is seeking an experienced RN to join our OR unit with endoscopy and general surgery coverage. You will contribute to high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with skilled professionals.

Candidates must have 1 year RN experience, an Indiana RN license (or NLC), ASN, and BLS certification; BSN is preferred. The role includes on-call duties and ongoing professional development opportunities within IU Health.

Qualifications

• RN with 1 year of experience required.
• ASN required; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in Indiana or NLC license.

Responsibilities

• Provide RN care on an OR/Paoli Hospital unit including endoscopy and general surgery cases.
• Respond to on-call with a 30-minute contact time and approx. 65 hours on-call per week.
• Deliver patient-centered care in a collaborative, safety-focused environment.
