Job summary

Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Perioperative for a nursing role in Worcester, MA. This position provides direct clinical patient care on a per-shift basis and includes supervision of staff to ensure safe, high-quality nursing care.

A state-approved nursing program graduate with CPR certification is required; a bachelor’s/master’s in nursing is preferred. Onboarding includes background check and health screening with a drug screen.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a state approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
• Academic degree in nursing (bachelor's or master's degree).
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical patient care per shift.
• Assess, plan, and implement care for assigned patients.
• Supervise staff and delegate appropriate care.
• Support Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high-quality nursing care and resource management.
• Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills and act as a role model for nursing.
