Job summary

Qualifications

• Maintains CPR and any other credentialing required to be competent as an RN.
• Proficient in the English language.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates competency in clinical care and assessment of all patient populations.
• Provides individualized, goal-directed nursing care to patients assigned.
• Assists physicians with tests and procedures.
• Functions in emergency procedures according to policy.
• Collaborates with the multidisciplinary team to develop the patient plan of care.
• Maintains standards of care and updates nursing skills.
• Acts as a clinical resource and supports nursing staff development.
• Protects patient confidentiality and demonstrates professional interpersonal skills.
