ERP International is seeking a full-time Perioperative Registered Nurse (RN) to support the Operating Room at Naval Medical Center San Diego, CA. The role entails coordinating care, administering medications, and ensuring sterile technique in a high-stakes environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, graduate diploma, or associate degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• Minimum perioperative RN experience: 2+ years in the last 3 years, with emphasis on circulating RN.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care with healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Perform nursing duties in the operating room and ensure aseptic technique.
• Administer medications and wound care; monitor patient responses.
• Plan and direct the room team to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Communicate changes in patient conditions to the care team.
• Arrange referrals and coordinate with surgeons and anesthesia staff.
