Job summary

HCA HealthONE Swedish in Englewood, CO is seeking a CVOR Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Services team. The role focuses on preparing for procedures, assisting with surgeries, and maintaining room readiness for the next case, with opportunities to rotate as needed.

Key requirements include an active Colorado RN license, BLS, ACLS/PALS within 6 months, and at least two years in perioperative care, with CVOR experience preferred. CNOR and BSN are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado RN license (or multi-state license) required
• BSN preferred
• Two years minimum perioperative (OR) experience, CVOR experience
• ACLS and PALS certification within 6 months of hire
• CNOR preferred
• BLS certification required

Responsibilities

• Prepare for procedures by ensuring adequate stock and equipment in assigned areas
• Assist with post procedure tasks, including room turnover and setting up for next procedure
• Teach, supervise, and delegate based on competency
• May rotate to other areas; perform only duties you are competent to perform
