AdventHealth in Rome, GA is seeking an RN to join the perioperative team. You will provide specialized nursing care in all phases of the peri‑operative role, assist with PRE/POST assessments, and set up the operating room according to surgeon preferences.

The role requires current RN licensure, BLS/CPR, and strong communication in English. Eligible clinicians may access the Clinical Ladder Program offering salary increases based on experience and advancement.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing (RN) required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Active RN license and CPR certification required.

Responsabilités

• Provide perioperative nursing care in the operating room.
• Assist with pre- and postoperative assessment and prepare instruments.
• Maintain sterile fields and ensure patient safety.
• Communicate effectively with the surgical team.
• Uphold patient privacy and confidentiality.
