Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation and evaluation) using evidence-based practice and coordinated care.
• Provides relationship-based, patient-centered care respecting cultural diversity.
• Partners with patients and families through bedside shifts, rounds, teaching, and setting patient goals as the care plan focus.
• Promotes current clinical practice standards and participates in performance improvement.
