Job summary

Banner Health’s Wyoming Medical Center in Casper seeks an RN Coordinator for East Campus Periop services. You will coordinate day-to-day functions, staffing, and patient flow, ensuring high-quality perioperative care. The full-time role runs Monday through Thursday, 6am–4pm, with potential float to central campus as needed.

This position emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and adherence to policies while delivering safe, efficient patient care in a dynamic surgical environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in state of practice with BLS certification.
• Experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months preferred.
• Leadership or charge nurse experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily workflow for the unit and support patient care.
• Direct staffing needs on a shift-to-shift basis and oversee nursing standards.
• Facilitate continuity of care across departments to achieve positive patient outcomes.
• Support unit education and enforce policies and standards of care.
• Contribute to performance evaluations and hiring processes when required.
• Promote quality, safety, and adherence to national nursing indicators.
