Job summary

Responsibilities

• Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or group according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
• Supervises and directs activities of nursing staff and coordinates care with other disciplines.
• Collaborates with patient, family, and healthcare team to ensure safe, healing care environment.
• Participates in discharge planning to provide continuity of care.
• Assists with delegation and coordination of duties within the healthcare team.
