Requirements include an active CA RN license, BLS and ACLS, a nursing degree, and 1 year OR experience or perioperative training. On-site work at 14662 Newport Ave, Tustin, CA 92780; evening and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Active, current RN license in California.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• AHA BLS certification current.
• AHA ACLS certification current.
• At least 1 year OR knowledge/experience or perioperative training.
• English communication ability.
• Flexible schedules including on-call, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Calm under pressure in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care to surgical patients.
• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care.
• Function as a scrub nurse and/or circulating nurse during procedures.
• Maintain aseptic technique and infection prevention standards.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe care.
• Advocate for patient safety and quality outcomes throughout perioperative care.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative surgical environment.
