Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group is looking for a full-time Perioperative Staff RN in Conroe, Texas, around an hour from Houston. You will collaborate with a healthcare team to provide competent care to surgical patients, maintain high standards of patient confidentiality, and support a 120-bed community hospital.

The position includes approximately eight days of call per month and offers a competitive pay range of $45–$50 per hour, alongside a $20,000 sign-on bonus for a two-year commitment. A full benefits package is included.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a nursing school with an Associates or Bachelors degree.
• At least one year of recent OR circulating experience is required.
• Must hold current Texas RN licensure or be immediately eligible.

Responsibilities

• Use nursing process in caring for surgical patients.
• Collect and analyze patient data to create care plans.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team and communicate effectively.
