Ideal candidates will have a nursing degree, Texas RN licensure, and at least one year of OR experience. The position offers a pay range of $45–$50 per hour, plus a $20,000 sign-on bonus and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Recent experience in an Operating Room setting is required.
• Must hold RN licensure in Texas or be immediately eligible.
• BLS certification is mandatory within the first month of employment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with physicians for patient care in surgical procedures.
• Conducts systematic data collection and establishes nursing diagnoses.
• Coordinates care plans with a multidisciplinary team.
• Implements nursing interventions and evaluates patient outcomes.
• Ensures effective communication with the healthcare team.

Skills

One year of recent OR circulating experience

Basic Life Support certification

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse

CNOR certification preferred

Education

Graduate of a school of nursing with an Associates or Bachelors degree
