Kaiser Permanente is seeking an OR Circulator/Nurse with recent perioperative experience to provide nursing care in Surgical Services. You will coordinate patient care, collaborate with the health care team, and implement individualized care plans in alignment with KFHPW standards and ethics.

Washington State RN license or Compact license is required, with BLS certification. Ambulatory surgery exposure is a plus; weekend/holiday call is typical per unit needs.

Qualificações

• Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Registered Nurse License (Washington) required at hire OR Compact License: RN required at hire.
• Basic Life Support required at hire.
• Ambulatory care nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care to a defined group of patients following KFHPW ambulatory standards and nursing ethics.
• Coordinate and facilitate health care services with the health care team across delivery segments.
• Supervise and participate in patient assessment and care plan implementation.
• Offer patient/family education and nursing interventions in perioperative settings.
