• Registered Nurse License (Oregon) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, direct, provide, and evaluate nursing care for patients during the inter-operative phase.
• Comply with shift, unit, and organizational policies and procedures.
• Monitor and take corrective action to prevent recurring absences.
• Participate in clinic and nursing Quality Assurance Programs.
• Maintain current knowledge and skill base with a commitment to continuous learning.
• Organize nursing activities efficiently in both circulating and scrub roles.
• Evaluate and document patient outcomes.
• Maintain safety in the use of all equipment according to manufacturers' instructions.
• Promote collaboration and professional interaction with the health care team.
• Attend and constructively participate in staff meetings.
