Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Maintains current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Florida or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
• Maintains current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC are required for certain areas.
• 1 year Operating Room experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates advanced knowledge, skills, and judgment in caring for patients needing complex assessments and interventions.
• Effectively uses data to anticipate and respond to rapidly changing patient conditions.
• Identifies and prioritizes information to take decisive, patient-centered action.
• Monitors and adjusts specialized equipment and interprets data from cardiac monitors and ventilators.
• Documents patient care in a knowledgeable and compliant manner per regulatory standards.
