Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Florida RN license or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
• Current BLS/Healthcare Provider cert; ACLS/NRP/PALS/TNCC required for certain areas.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates advanced knowledge, skills, and judgment in caring for patients needing complex assessments and high-level nursing vigilance.
• Effectively uses data to anticipate and respond to rapidly changing patient conditions.
• Monitors specialized equipment and interprets device data.
• Documents patient care in a thorough, standards-compliant manner.
• Coordinates care and delegates appropriately to the care team.
• Participates in staff development and quality improvement initiatives.
