Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current Florida RN licensure or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
• Maintains current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC are required for certain areas.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates advanced knowledge, skills, and judgment in caring for patients needing complex assessments and interventions.
• Monitors and interprets data from cardiac monitors, ventilators, and other medical devices.
• Documents patient care in a knowledgeable, skillful, and compliant manner.
• Partners with nursing leadership to identify professional development needs and may participate in committees.
• Performs duties in a safe, organized, and efficient manner and ensures supplies are used efficiently.
