• Demonstrates advanced knowledge, skills, and judgment for complex assessments and high-level nursing care.
• Uses data to anticipate and respond to rapidly changing patient conditions.
• Monitors and adjusts equipment and records data from devices and monitors.
• Documents patient care per required standards including assessment, education, meds, and safety.
• Participates in professional development and organizational performance improvement.
