Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
• Patient-centered care and family involvement in planning care
• Knowledge of diverse patient backgrounds and culturally respectful care
• Effective communication and collaboration with patients and families
• Ability to delegate appropriately and assess patient conditions
• Knowledge of discharge planning and post-discharge needs
• Familiarity with health information documentation and record-keeping
• BLS certification and RN licensure in PA

Responsibilities
