Qualifications

• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing, Graduate Diploma in Nursing, or Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited agency (ACEN, CCNE).
• Current unrestricted RN license in any U.S. state or territory.
• BLS and ACLS or ALS, plus PALS.
• Minimum of 2 years perioperative RN experience in the last 3 years, with at least 50% as circulating RN.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal clinical outcomes.
• Administer medications, wound care, and implement personalized interventions.
• Delegate patient care assignments based on scope of practice and skill levels.
• Recognize and respond promptly to adverse signs and symptoms in emergencies.
• Facilitate communication among the healthcare team, patients, and families.
• Conduct research to support improved clinical practices and outcomes.
