Job summary

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited school.
• Current AZ RN license and CPR certification.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP or department-specific training as required.
• Two years NICU experience or relevant specialty training preferred; new grads considered with applicable skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates patient care; assesses needs; develops care plans; implements orders; evaluates care.
• Acts as shift supervisor when needed to ensure safety and quality.
• Participates in hourly rounding and observes safety protocols.
