Responsibilities

• Collaborates with surgeons and schedulers to plan patient care needs and ensure equipment/supplies are ready for procedures.
• Trains and mentors OR staff for the perioperative service.
• Coordinates in-service for new equipment and supplies and maintains surgeon protocols.
• Supports budget and resource management related to materials and staff.
