Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Masters or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of Operating Room or Perioperative experience.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership or management experience.
• Experience with perioperative supply chain, budgeting, financial analysis or operational improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational, financial, and business functions of perioperative services across all procedural departments.
• Serve as liaison between perioperative leadership, supply chain, finance, value analysis, vendors, and departments to optimize performance.
• Oversee perioperative analytics, supply utilization, inventory optimization, and capital planning support.
