Job summary

The University of Miami Health System in Doral is seeking a full-time Nurse Manager - Perioperative Services to lead nursing operations, staff development, and patient care in a high-acuity surgical setting. You will partner with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate perioperative care, while maintaining compliance with hospital policies and state regulations.

This role reports to nursing leadership and guides service expansion and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
• RN licensure (registered nurse).
• Minimum 3 years of nursing leadership/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees patient flow through designated clinical areas.
• Maintains nursing guidelines by updating policies and procedures.
• Directs and develops staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Ensures compliance with nursing standards and state regulations.
