Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with Associates Degree, Nursing Diploma or Bachelors in Nursing with 4 years clinical experience and 2 years in leadership.
- Current Registered Nurse License.
Responsibilities
- Assesses and designs training and/or educational programs to address identified deficiencies/learning needs.
- Understands and applies adult learning principles and culturally appropriate initiatives.
- Identify barriers to learning and propose alternatives.
- Consults with departments, staff, and managers to determine goals.
- Establish and lead process improvement initiatives.
- Maintains privacy and confidentiality while promoting a safe work environment.
