Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years experience in perioperative nursing management.
• Registered Nurse licensure required.
• Experience with OR leadership and budget awareness a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage 30 direct reports including hiring, interviewing, training and performance reviews.
• Oversee staff scheduling, OR allocation, overtime, and payroll updates.
• Coordinate patient care and document per policy; develop collaborative care plans.
• Generate staffing plans, lead meetings and huddles; monitor budgets and goals.
• Maintain equipment, ensure quality, and support safety-sensitive operations.
• Contribute to governance and policy development for the department.
